Frequently Asked Questions

Hopefully I can answer some of your questions here and save you the trouble of a phone call. I will try and keep this list updated as new questions are always arising!

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I will not be accepting any type of insurance. I can, however, provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement- if that is something they accept.
I am also not accepting L&I or PIP at this time.

Can I use HSA for my massage?

Yes! Massage is a GREAT way to use your HSA. Please keep in mind that most HSA accounts do not allow tipping.

Why do you have a cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, every unfilled hour of my schedule is money taken away from my business and my family. I love what I do. But if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I am not likely to refill with another well deserving client who is otherwise missing out. 

Do you treat minors? (<18yrs)

I do! Whether they are looking for that first "spa day" experience, they are an athlete looking for muscle relief, or they've been injured, I enjoy giving my experience to all ages. Under the age of 14 requires a parent in the room at all times and all under 18 require the Minor Concent Form.

Do you do Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage?

I have the pregnancy bolstering system that allows you to lay face down (you'll never want to leave...) and regular pillows for side lying massage- if that would make you more comfortable. 

Are you located in the massage school?

Yes! I was given an extraordinary opportunity this winter to open my own practice within the Arlington School of Massage where I also teach!
